First Day of School - 2015

Jackson started Pre K 4s and Camden started Preschool! Jackson goes 4 mornings a week from 9:30-1 and Camden goes 2 mornings a week from 9:30-1. Camden is actually in the 18-24 month class since he wasn't 2 by the deadline.

Camden had a pretty rough time when I went to leave him. We had just gone to the open house a couple days before and he recognized the room and was happy to walk in but when he realized I wasn't going with him he burst into tears. I hated to see him so upset over it. Luckily Christy can send me pictures and updates throughout the day so I know he's not miserable the whole time!

 While the boys were napping I made our favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe as a fun first day of school treat!

 They were pretty excited about the cookies when they got up! And they decided to wear capes (our own diy version - a bandanna  wrapped around secured with a chip clip!)

Labor Day Weekend 2015

The Yurman's joined us for a night at the lake this weekend. When they got there we ate dinner and then the kids and Jimmy built a fort. The idea was that Jackson and Tindal would sleep in it but after about 30 minutes they decided to sleep in the bed instead.

Camden wanted to check it out too!

I was in East Cobb one day and had to drive by our old house I grew up in. Looks pretty similar! They changed out the front door and added the little porch.
