I decided that we would dye eggs with just Jackson and I. So I got it all set up one day during Camden's nap.
He was very excited and we had a great time doing it together!
He colored on some of them with a wax crayon so that when he dyed them a design or words would show up.
My friend Annie Jo hosted a big egg hunt at a local playground. The boys and I went and they had so much fun!
So the way the egg hunt is designed is genius! Each kid has a different kind of egg that they choose before it starts. Then they only hunt for those eggs! So there's no race for who's fastest and who grabs the most. Each kid gets 10 eggs. Camden had the carrots. At the end you dump the candy out of the eggs and hand back the eggs so they can use them the following year.
Easter baskets the Easter Bunny left
Checking out what he got
He loves his new shark goggles
I seem to make a strawberry dessert ever year for Easter. This year I made a strawberry roll cake. It was so yummy!
Still rockin' his new goggles
Heading out for the egg hunt
Jackson was super quick gathering eggs
Camden liked to stop after each one and open it to see what he got!
