I signed up to help with the Valentine's party at Jackson's school.

They made these super cute hats! Decorated their bags and handed out their Valentine's. We even had a "stick the lips on Mrs Valentine" game! Such a fun morning with my big boy!

I was down in the basement one day and the boys got quiet. I went to see and they found the ipad mini (it's our remote for the basement) and were watching old Mickey classics all snuggled up together.

My friends and I had a fun crafting day and made a bunch of shirts for the kids. Camden loves choo choo trains so I made this one for him! 

 Slow cooker quinoa enchilada bowl. Topped with fresh avocado, cheese, sour cream and a few chips. Delish!!

 I love the mountain. Absolutely stunning!

 We danced the night away and had a blast! Our first cabin weekend in over 4 years! So good to be back.

 I only stayed Friday night and got home Sat around 1pm. Me and my big boy!

 One day I glanced at the monitor because Jackson isn't usually quiet during quiet time and I saw this.

 This is what I saw when I went up. Totally sound asleep on his floor! I don't think this has ever happened before. My kids don't just fall asleep places. They have never fallen asleep on the sofa while watching tv or a movie or anything!

Florida Trip

We decided to hit the road after Christmas and go to FL to see Jim and Debbie. I was looking forward to the warmer temps and sunshine but the day we got there it was very chilly and super windy! The next day was the same. It finally started warming up a day before we had to leave. Nevertheless we had a great time and enjoyed our visit! The boys did good on the car rides. They both napped some and looked at books, listened to music, colored, etc. Jackson watched a couple shows on the iPad and Camden spent a lot of time looking out the window!

A little scooter ride through the neighborhood. This was New Years Eve. We had a low key evening and I didn't even make it to midnight!

The next day we went for a walk and found this great trail that went along the intercoastal

After our walk we ate lunch and then Jim, Jimmy and Jackson left to go play golf. He was so excited! They hit balls at the driving range first and then played 9 holes. He loved every minute of it and they said he did pretty good!

He was exhausted and slept on the way home. Camden didn't want to nap and so he and I hit the intercoastal again and he snoozed in the stroller some. Megan, Bayne and Logan came over for New Years Day dinner that evening and we had a nice time.

The next day we went to St Augustine to walk around.

The boys saw this great dane and wanted to go pet it. The owner said he was very friendly. Camden gets so excited whenever he sees a dog

The next day was super nice so we went for another long walk/scooter ride

After lunch and naps we went to play putt putt. It was Jackson's first time. We had fun and might have let a few swings slide when keeping score! He's more of a long range hitter so the putting was a lot more concentration.

We had a fun few days visiting with Grandpa and Mimi and Jackson and Camden were sad to leave. He's already been asking to go back!
