Dinner at Lobster bar with Friends

A fun belated holiday dinner with friends! Normally we hang out at one of our houses or a neighborhood festival event with all 5 kids between us. Sure is nice having just an adults dinner!

The Nutcracker at The Fox

I went to drybar and got my hair done that morning before going to a friend's birthday brunch. I love having my hair done and curled!

That evening Jimmy and I headed down to The Fox for The Nutcracker. Of course we ate at Livingston's because he had never been there!

A fun night with my sweets! The ballet isn't his favorite but I love that he gladly saw it with me!

Shania Twain Concert

I have always loved country music and have always loved Shania Twain's music. She took a long break from touring but when I heard she was doing a farewell tour I told Jimmy we had to go.

 Being silly before the show
I love this handsome man! <3

We saw Stephanie & Wayne there. She's pregnant with another baby boy!

 Oh gosh! My goofball hubby!

Shania riding a mechanical bull around the arena

The concert was amazing and we had such a fun night! I don't even think Jimmy realized I still know all the words to her songs until I sang along to every single one!

Date Nights: Golfing!

If you don't count putt putt or the "golfing" in my backyard with Jackson I have hit real golf balls one time in my life at the diving range. A new place called Top Golf opened right by us and it looked fun so we went to check it out one night. It is a three story driving range with individual bays you rent by the hour. It is full service with dinner and drinks, music and even fans/heaters depending on weather. We had lots of fun and went back just a few weeks later with Wayne and Stephanie.

I still need lots of practice but after a while I got the hang of it and could generally get the ball into the yellow or maybe green targets.

The second time we went we were on the middle floor and it was different from golfing on the ground floor.

Fun times! I'm ready to go back again soon. Maybe I should also think about taking some real golf lessons soon!
